Westow House - London Crystal Palace

The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation, including a bus station directly opposite. It is also conveniently situated near the beautiful Crystal Palace park. Previous guests have praised the comfortable beds and excellent showers in the rooms. the staff have been described as super helpful and friendly, providing a late checkout for guests participating in a running race.

The noise from the traffic and pedestrians nearby was a bit disturbing. It would be wise to anticipate this before staying.

The staff, especially Tom, were warm and cute, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was really good, and we didn't hear any noise from the pub downstairs. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the shower was fantastic. We also appreciated the good lighting and comfortable bed in the room. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Westow House.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The Wi-Fi was unavailable, a bit inconvenient.

Plus, the breakfast was included, which was a nice added bonus.

The hotel's location is ideal, close to our venue and with a great view of Crystal Palace Park. The staff are friendly and cute, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, served until 11am. We appreciated the convenience of leaving our luggage in the morning and the speedy check-in process. The hotel is really good in its child and pet-friendliness, and the nearby bus station makes it easy to explore Central London.
