Westow House - London Crystal Palace Hotel

The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to public transportation, including a bus station directly opposite. It is also conveniently situated near the beautiful Crystal Palace park. Previous guests have praised the comfortable beds and excellent showers in the rooms. the staff have been described as super helpful and friendly, providing a late checkout for guests participating in a running race.

One aspect that could be improved is the temperature control in the rooms, as some guests have mentioned that they found it to be too hot.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable and pleasant stay. the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. the hotel's location was fantastic, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and pubs. the convenience of having these options within walking distance was a great advantage. the staff were friendly and efficient, providing excellent service.

The noise from the traffic and pedestrians nearby was a bit disturbing. It would be wise to anticipate this before staying.

The room at Westow House was incredibly comfortable, with a beautiful view of the city. The spacious bathroom and air conditioning were a nice touch. The staff, especially Tom, were warm and welcoming, providing excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and we didn't hear any noise from the pub downstairs. The breakfast options were plentiful, and the shower was fantastic. We also appreciated the good lighting and comfortable bed in the room. we had a great stay and would definitely recommend Westow House.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. The Wi-Fi was unavailable, which was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel offers excellent value for money with its spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The bathroom was nice and the shower was great. The views from the room were beautiful, especially of the London skyline. The decor was tasteful and in warm colors, creating a cozy atmosphere. Plus, the breakfast was included, which was a nice added bonus.

The breakfast was delicious and plentiful, served until 11am. We appreciated the convenience of leaving our luggage in the morning and the speedy check-in process. The hotel is exceptional in its child and pet-friendliness, and the nearby bus station makes it easy to explore Central London.
